Common questions

How do I add someone to my child's circle?

Open the child's page, tap the menu in the top corner, then Invite someone. Choose their role, then share the code with them. Codes expire, so send it soon.

I got a new phone. How do I get back in?

If you added an email to your account, sign in with it on the new phone. If you didn't, ask the person who runs the circle to invite you again.

I logged something by mistake.

Tap the entry. For the first 15 minutes you can edit it or mark it as logged by mistake. After that, add a correction. The original stays visible so everyone can see what changed.

Why won't the app save my note?

To protect your family's privacy, the app blocks notes that look like phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, birth dates or ID numbers. Remove those details and try again.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app's settings and choose Delete account. You can also email us and we'll do it for you. See the privacy policy for what's removed and when.

Report a problem

Email support@friendsofelias.com with what you were doing, what you expected and what happened, plus your phone model. Screenshots help, but please cover up anything that identifies your child.
